Goal post Door Protection |

We offer mild steel goal post door protection in a range of different styles to suit your customer’s needs, all supplied in kit form for easy transportation and fitting, kits include all fixings and floor anchors.
Unlike powder coating, all are hand painted to a colour of your choice, to avoid chipping and flaking. Can also be supplied galvanised.

Mild Steel Bollards |
|
Our 1m high mild steel bollards come in 2 standard sizes:
GP53 Bollard 5mm thick 168mm diameter tube with a 250x250 10mm thick base plate.
GP54 Bollard 3mm thick 88.9mm diameter tube with a 200x200 10mm thick base plate.
Unlike powder coating, all are hand painted to a colour of your choice, to avoid chipping and flaking. Can also be supplied galvanised.

Stainless Steel Bollards |

All of our goal posts and bollards can also be manufactured from polished stainless steel in both 304 and 316 grades, for rust free protection. These can be made from various tube sizes and heights to suit your requirements. |

SHS Barriers |
|
Mild steel SHS (Square Hollow Section) barriers can also be made from sections of various sizes, including RHS (Rectangular Hollow Section) and round tube.
These barriers can be used to protect columns and machinery, again they can be provided in a range of finishes including painted, stainless steel or galvanised.
Similarly we also supply pedestrian hand rails to suit. |

Galvanised Access Ladders |
|
Tigweld4u Limited also fabricates galvanised access ladders and platforms, used when climbing heights above 6m.
All our ladders are supplied with personnel cages above 2.5m, and hand rails at 1m high. Tops of ladders can be supplied with or without a tread plate landing, and can be made to integrate with your existing handrails.
If required the bottom of the ladder cage can be fitted with a gate, to prevent unauthorised climbing.

Louvre Vents |
|
We also manufacture louvers from aluminium sheet, which can be powder coated to a colour of your choice, they are also available in polished stainless steel. Louvres can be made to suit various wall and panel thicknesses, supplied with an outer frame surround for a neat finish.
Different blade options can also be used to provide a vision proof vent, when privacy is a concern. |
